Cómo hacer pasta fresca

INGREDIENTES: 335 gr. de harina, 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva, 2 huevos, una pizca de sal y 60 ml. de agua

Hay que amasar bien durante 20 minutos hasta que sea muy elástica. Para cocinarla, ponla a cocer con un poquito de "Avecrem", un chorrito de Jerez y una gota de aceite durante tres minutos.
